Beach weddings are on the up due to the rise in destination weddings and the promise of good weather. Of course, this naturally assumes that you are going somewhere hot. So what should you wear to ensure you are more hot bride than wilting flower?
The dress is certainly the most important thing to consider here. Go for light, floating fabrics or consider a 3/4 dress rather than a full on gown that could make you over heat. Consider how the dress will travel if you are flying abroad – you don’t want to have to pay for an extra seat to ensure the dress gets there safely like Jemma Kidd did for her Barbados wedding. Don’t forget simple accessories too – strappy heels, silk hair flowers and a silk stole to see you through the day to a balmy night.
