The best of bridal blogging

By admin on May 3rd, 2006 0 comments yet. Be the First

Aaa_3I’m partial to a surf round the web and I do love a good blog so I thought it was about time I name checked some of the other great bridal bloggers out there. Do let me know if you’ve discovered any that I’ve missed by clicking ‘comments’. Some of you will already have noticed that there is a short lapse between posting comments and them actually appearing on the site – that’s down to having to weed out the viagra and dodgy rolex sellers. Anyway, on with the show!

Manolo for the Brides is our first. Written by ‘Never teh Bride’ (sic) the blog guides us through fashion and etiquette with a liberal dose of sarce and wit.

The New York Observer have got in on the blog action with their Bridal Blog. Edited by Mary Dixie Carter, several brides take us through their wedding planning New York style.

Multi-author blog Wedding Bee also hail from New York and chart the weddings of several very busy bride to bees (get it?). Written in a down-to-earth style with a nice dose of retail therapy.

Writer and Manhattanite Karen Robinovitz blogs about the countdown to her own very fabulous sounding wedding in Getting Hitched. Loads of pics, including her couture Zac Posen gown. Jealous, moi?!

Moving over to the cake creators, the Pink Cake Box isn’t strictly a wedding blog but it does have some great cake creations to drool over.

Moving back to our side of the pond and I’m genuinely at a loss so you’ll just have to stick with us. Yay! If you scroll a bit further down this page, you’ll see our links section on the left where we keep all our favourite blogs and websites. Drop me an email if you think you should be there too.
