If you thought Sweden’s ice hotel was out of your reach then think again because the creators of the Ice Hotel have come to London. Your tailor-made ceremony can be conducted in the Absolute Icebar‘s cool interior with up to 60 guests – capes provided – where you’ll walk down an aisle made of pure ice from the Torne River in Sweden. There is room for up to 270 at the less chilly reception in the adjoining Below Zero restaurant.
After the ceremony, Below Zero’s chef Dimitry Rode will whip up a spectacular wedding breakfast with the ice platter signature dishes such as oysters with champagne dressing, tuna carpaccio and seasonal dishes like strawberry Romanoff (Robert de Niro and Jade Jagger are fans).
