Frock Horror #21
Ye gads! Hello Magazine just spewed up another sad candidate for this section in which we abuse the poor fashion sense of some 'designers'.
The (fake) design meeting went something like this:
Designer 1 - I want to do something original yet now...
Designer 2 - 'Tulip' skirts are sooooo in!
Designer 1 - Brilliant!!
Designer 2 - And schboots
Designer 1 - Yes, yes, I like it!
Designer 2 - And wasn't there an eighties revival - we need gloves
Designer 1 (in awe) - oooo gloves!
Designer 2 - But she should have her shoulders covered up. Our bride is like, soooooo classic
Designer 1 - Then we should have shoulder ruffles as well!
Designer 2 - I see why you are the master.
Designer 1 - Hang on, there's some spare material. What should I do with it?
Designer 2 - Stick it under the skirt?
Designer 1 - I think you are looking at promotion. You are clearly my genius protege.
