Couples hoping to marry at quickie late night weddings in elopers paradise Las Vegas are going to have to make other plans from Monday. The Las Vegas Marriage Bureau which issues wedding licenses will now be closed between midnight and 8am due to money-saving measures amounting to $200,000 per year. Couples will still be able to marry in the early hours but will have to collect licenses during the day which will also, hopefully, make couples think before they say ‘I do’ (hmm, Britney?)
