Using natural silk, satin, georgette and chiffon and crepe fabrics, Circa Vintage Brides have drawn on inspiration from yesteryear to create a collection of wedding dresses that promise to instill some vintage glamour onto the modern bride. Pick from an edwardian dress or a 30s floor length halterneck in silk crepe, a cap sleeved high-waisted dress from the 40s (pictured), a full skirted 50s cocktail style and right through to a 70s strappy dress with plunging neckline.
Designer Astral Sundholm-Hayes has an impressive design pedigree. She worked on Julien McDonald’s first collection and numerous more. On top of that, Astral has spent the past 10 years sourcing ‘vintage’ for leading designers and was inspired to design her range due to customers looking for vintage styles in shapes that fit the modern form.
