Los Angeles based designer Claire Pettibone draws inspiration from Paris, the 1920s and iconic women for her inspiration to produce a glamorous range of dresses. She works exclusively with couture European embroideries and lace to achieve dresses that have a vintage look but a thoroughly modern feel.

Many of her designs feature colour be it in the embroidery, the floral details or as in this case the jewel blue shrug worn over a dress decorated with blue roses.
