Canapes for a Wedding Cocktail Hour

A ceremony then straight to dinner can be a bit rushed for many bridal parties, so the ideal solution is to slot in a cocktail hour so you can mingle with your guests whilst they enjoy your hospitality. Of course the wine should be flowing and canapes are great to serve. I found this tasty selection of hors d’oeuvres at to whet your taste buds (take a look through their whole selection!).

From top left, gorgonzola-stuffed cherry tomatoes and ahi tuna in cucumber cups; fried wontons filled with minced chesnut and topped with fresh sage; mini burgers with scallops and herb aioli plus stencilled tomato powder initial; crisp oyster taco shells with chile cream. Divine!
