Disney to make wedding dresses

Want to feel like a princess on your wedding day? Well, who better to turn to than the people who specialise in creating princesses? Yes, Disney have been creating fantasy dresses for their characters for many long years now, and now they’re going to do it for brides, too, with the announcement today of a new Disney line of wedding gowns.

Sadly, no pictures are available as yet, but what we do know is that the dresses will be created in collaboration with designer Kirstie Kelly, and inspired by Disney heroines like Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Belle, Sleeping Beauty, Jasmine and Ariel. A Little Mermaid wedding dress? Now that I can’t wait to see…

The gowns will go on sale in the US this summer, but don’t think you’ll be able to dress up like your favourite character – Kelly insists the dresses will be "inspired" by Disney’s princesses, not exact replicas of them. Your flower girl will be gutted.

I seen these on tv and i have been trying to find pictures…i can’t wait to be able to show them to my best friend! i didn’t get to see the ariel dress but i love the belle and jasmine dresses!
