There’s no getting away from the fact that I love the new generation of wedding cupcakes available at the moment. These ones by Carolyn Mackenzie are so pretty I don’t know if I’d be comfortable eating them, but I’m sure I could get over it and give them a go (me too! – Camilla), just to be polite! They are vanilla and chocolate sponge, with rich and creamy butter icing, and delicate sugar flowers. You can choose from many different types, and colour of flowers, depending on your theme. This particular selection is named ‘Picnic at Kew Gardens‘. £5.50-£8.50 per cake.
