boxwood.jpg For some reason I am always drawn to botanical designs, whether for my curtains or clothing, and my latest thing is jewellery: not necessarily floral, but natural is a must. This range of jewellery is gorgeous, and a step away from the usual precious metals. Michael Michaud actually goes out and collects plants, then casts them in hand-patinaed bronze, finally finishing them with semi-precious stones for an item that is delicate, realistic and detailed. This beautiful boxwood necklace (£305) and earrings (£36) are finished with white fresh water pearls, and I think they’d look amazing with a less formal wedding gown. Available from the Big Day Boutique at Wrapit.
