How far have you gone to show your love? Maybe flowers? Champagne? A weekend away? Your lover’s name indelibly printed on your body? Now, I’ve actually got a tattoo, so I’ve got absolutely nothing against them. But well, I think we all know that committing another’s name to ink is tempting fate – just ask Johnny Depp. So how about an alternative option for your wedding?
These were a commissioned project by Stephen Einhorn in North London, made from 18 carat White Gold and featuring a special “tattoo” design which is actually a copy of the brides own tattoo. One features inlaid 2000 year old Thames Wood while the other is black glass enamel and pavé set Diamonds. Einhorn also sells a wide range of contemporary engagement and wedding rings – and obviously he’s open to bespoke projects. I have to say, whether you like the design or not, the idea and the finish of these tattoo rings is pretty special isn’t it? and much less likely to sag with age…
