Bias cut sheath at Vera Wang

The thing with silky sheath dresses is that they can look a bit plain and unless you have a sylph like figure, they can really emphasise all the bits you don’t want to be showing off. So, the reason why this Vera Wang dress is so appealing is that it’s updated the sheath with a bias cut and pleats across the body, the mermaid skirt is easy for walking and the beaded straps draw your eyes upwards to the neck rather than the vee neck, sophisticated though it is. Peek under the arm and you’ll also see the beautiful button fastening.
