Whilst I think it can be safely said that those flaps of fabric on the arms are a big mistake, the rest of this dress is great. From the soft blue tone to the satin sash waist and blue bloom at the hip to the slim-fit skirt and the all-over embroidery, this is one of those incredibly pretty, deceptively simple styles.
