A railway station doesn’t sound like the most romantic wedding venue in the world, but then Horsebridge Station in Hampshire is no ordinary railway. It’s a lovingly restored Victorian Station set in its own grounds: your guests arrive on Platform One, before walking down what used to be the railway line (it’s now a grassed area) to a marquee, which is where the ceremony takes place. This is strictly a summer wedding venue due to the marquee setting, but it’s certainly different, and the venue includes beautiful gardens for your guests to wander in, plus views of the River Test. Just pray for a sunny day…
