The Daisy Hill Cake Company, founded by Cordon Bleu patisserie chef Sophie Constable, has a fun and imaginative range of wedding cakes with themes including bright green apples or cupcakes with dragonflies. One of my favourites is this white chocolate button cake. With four layers of white chocolate curls edged in chocolate brown ribbon, it’s finished with a mound of choccy buttons. Yum!
