It never would have occurred to me to wear a *cardigan* with a wedding dress, but I think it looks amazing here.
Obviously you’d have to choose your dress and cardigan carefully, but I think it’s a lovely look for the hanging around parts of the day or for the meal when you might want to be a little bit covered up (particularly if your dress is strapless, like this one) and a wrap can get in the way.
The pictured dress is by Priscilla of Boston (Style PL206) and features a silk razmir with beaded and embroidered skirt and satin bodice with obi belt. The cardigan’s not mentioned!

I’ve always fancied the idea of a delicate cardigan for my future wedding ensemble. Probably because I live in them, and I’d quite like a 50s themed outfit so it just fits.
This one’s a perfect example!
