Frock Horror #112: short and fluffy

This style is from Christophe Josse's 2007 haute couture show. Is it Lolita inspired? A white twist on Little Red Riding Hood? A modern update on sixties style? I have no idea, you? Whatever it's supposed to be, I don't feel the upturned shoulders or the fluffy hem is working out.
