The empire line style has layers of floaty fabric and a waterfall-like back detailing which pools into a small train. i am also quite interested. i understand this is a dress slated to come out in the states around april of 2009, but it would be nice to know how much it is so that i can start saving! :)
Its sold at pronovias and its btwn 3000 and 4000 us dollars. They won't have it in the NY pronovias store until fall. The woman told me on that on smaller shorter girls the flowers go down to the mid ribcage not underbust like on the model. I still want it tho!! Hope this helps.

As, for the body shape, you only has to have small boobs, length doesn't mater. The dress looks gorgeous on smaller girls as well, the flowers doesn't come near mid ribcage.
