This Tadashi dress makes me think of Stephanie Beecham as Sable (Sable?!) Colby, which suggests to me that it might be more suitable for a glamorous, older woman. The colour (which I hoped for a second might be “sable”, but it’s not, it’s petal – pale pink) could be flattering on more mature skin too.
In pure silk chiffon, the set includes the lace, three-quarter sleeve bolero, and the strapless gown with lace bodice and sweetheart neckline. All for just $585 from Neiman Marcus, which is so cheap I thought perhaps I’d missed a nought, but no.
