This dress only dates from 2007 and is a Jean Paul Gaultier design. We all know the designer is famed for his off-the-wall creations but this one should just be thrown over the wall (preferably on to train tracks) and forgotten about. From the see-through blousy top with puffy sleeves to the tulle skirt, to the wacky hat and knee length boots, it is a look I hope to never see again. Never!
