Have you been watching The Apprentice? What a bunch of useless dopes. Well this week (Wednesday, 9pm, BBC One), the useless dopes are let loose on weddings when Sir Alan sends the teams to The Wedding Show at Birmingham’s NEC.

“But will the candidates be able to adapt their usual hard-sell techniques for this most emotional of purchases?” asks the BBC. I wouldn’t have thought so. But it will no doubt be fun watching them flail and flounder.
