Layers it seems do work even on strappy sheath dresses. With the slimmest of spaghetti straps and a clinging frame, this dress isn’t going to be particularly forgiving but it does not make up for it by being exceptionally pretty with layers from hip to ankle that shimmer with sequins and crystals.
