This dress has taken the term 'oversized bow' at its most literal, and is proof that where rear-end decoration is concerned, you most definitely CAN have too much of a good thing.
The decoration looks to me more like a pillow that's been tied around the middle with string, and I have no idea what's going on with the red spots. Are they roses? It's a very odd place to find them, if so...
Or is this just an exciting and avant-garde shape that I can't appreiate yet?
