Well we’ve come up with a solution that may just help.

Fashionable fragrance company Jo Malone and The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park hotel have teamed up to offer hens across London, or anyone that wants to travel to the capital, an afternoon of tea, cakes and food to tickle everyone’s taste buds.

The event, which is in celebration of Jo Malone’s new fragrance, Vanilla & Anise Cologne, has had its menu designed by CChef Patissier Graham Hornigold, who has created an exclusive menu in, well you guessed it, vanilla.

Tastebud tastic treats include Honey and Vanilla Glazed Madeleines, Clementine and Vanilla Fairy Cakes (sprinkled in girly glitter) and Black Fig with Wildflower Honey and Mascarpone Mousse.

There is also something for those who prefer their savory to their sweet including sandwiches, scones and your tea of choice.

Guests also get mini-size Jo Malone goodies: a Vanilla & Anise Cologne and a Grapefruit shower gel, as well as a voucher for an in-store hand and arm massage all from just £32 per person.

And if this doesn’t impress your wild friends then you can always leave the aunts, mum and mum in law to continue the day while you head out to London’s clubs to enjoy the evening.
