Sophie Winkleman ties the knot in a dress made from 35 meters of silk

sophie.jpgSophie Winkleman and her beau Lord Freddie Windsor finally tied the knot this week and we’re sure you’ll agree the actress walked down the aisle in silk style.

Her dress was designed by designer of Roza Couture, Anna-Roza Bistroff and was made of 35 metres of silk with embroidery that took a reported 381 hours to stitch.

It also had a tight corset bodice, full skirt and three-metre detachable train completed by a lace bolero and a veil.

Yes it may seem a bit extreme but when you’re marrying the son of Princess Michael of Kent, you need to do your bit to look like a princess too.

We’ll bring you a gallery of similar dresses tomorrow.
