vin dress.jpgAs I’ve said before I love vintage, and bridal wear is no different.

So I was as pleased, am I’m sure you will be, to hear that this weekend the Vintage Wedding Dress Company is holding a trunk sale of vintage dresses at the Sanderson Hotel.

I highly recommend taking a trip down there if you’re a bride looking for something special and original for your special day.

If you’re not familiar with this company then let me tell you a little bit about it. It stocks vintage dresses from the Victorian era to the 1970s. They are all cleaned and restored to give you an old fashioned look, which you could team up with some old jewellery from an older relative to really complete the look and sort out your “something borrowed.”

However, before I get ahead of myself I should point out that the sale is by appointment only. Call the company on 0207 242 4792 to make sure you get a place. The show is open from 10-5 tomorrow or you could try and squeeze in an appointment today before the show closes at 5.

  • It was nice reading your post. I needed to know such kind of information to update myself. I work in my friend’s boutique of flower girl dresses and also help in the online promotion.
