Frock horror: Black PVC Wedding dress

By Andrea Petrou on November 24th, 2009 5 comments

Frock horror.jpgWe’re not adverse to the black wedding dress trend and we’ve found some gorgeous frocks for our gallery. However, a line has to be drawn at some point and we think this frock definitely crosses it.

No one can deny that the style of this dress is nice. It’s figure hugging around all the right places and then sprawls out into an A-line skirt. However, the problem we have in the PVC element of it, which we think should remain firmly in the bedroom for the wedding night (if that’s your sort of thing).

We’re not sure quite how many people would risk this look, but then again we could just be being prudish.

Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below.

Sorry but I love it, just what I am looking for. Anyone fancy making me one?

Actually, yes, you ARE being prudish. It’s possible to wear PVC without getting off on it. From what I can see, the dress appears to be sufficiently modest, and it’s not even like the entire dress is made from PVC.

Granted, the use of that material is quite bad for the environment, but that’s not why you were complaining about its use, is it.
