Frock Horror: St. Pucchi endless wedding dress

By Andrea Petrou on November 6th, 2009 3 comments

We’ve heard of meringue wedding dresses but this one really takes the biscuit, and not in a sweet way either. The never ending wedding dress has 1000’s of yards of fabric, which is more than enough to clothe a small army.

We don’t even want to think about how long that train would be if it wasn’t designed in a pin tuck style. And the weight of this frock doesn’t even bear thinking about.

However, we’ve said our bit so now it’s over to you. Tell us if we’re making a fabric mountain out of a beautiful molehill or if you agree, in the comment box below.

Too much for my personal taste but still a fabulous show of craftsmanship and art.

It reminds me of Princess Diana’s wedding dress.
