We’re having a bit of a venue special here today on Bridalwave. Next up is the news that you can now get married in Mayfair’s iconic 113 year old Connaught hotel.

The venue, which has had a £70-million restoration and renovation make over now has a newly built ballroom and offers every bride and their groom a personalised wedding menu, which is created under Michelin-starred cuisinière Hélène Darroze.

The room can seat up to 120 guests for a sit-down meal, and 200 for a cocktail reception and is perfect for brides looking for a 20s glamour themed day as it comes complete with lavender- tinted silk patterns from the 1920s framed by silver and grey marble pilars. There are also full-length antique mirrors and hand-designed chandeliers.
