It was the news that many Robbie Williams fans had been dreading, but this weekend the ex Take That singer broke hearts by finally marrying his long-term girlfriend Ayda Field in a ceremony at his Beverly Hills home.
Unfortunately details are sketchy as the pair insisted on complete privacy. So private in fact that even the couples closest friends were kept in the dark about the venue until a few hours before when they were picked up from their hotels and taken to the LA home.
The couple also went one step further and blocked off the outdoor ceremony under a tent, so the paps couldn’t get in.
According to The Mirror the wedding were to a great extent organised by Williams’s mother.
It also claimed that alcohol was banned throughout the celebration (similar to Lara Stone’s day) as a result of Robbie’s previous demons.
