Matthew Williamson launches bridal collection [Photos]

If you haven’t found The Dress yet, turn your eyes to Matthew Williamson’s new bridal collection.

Following a successful capsule collection with Net-A-Porter, the designer is launching his own bridal range and the lookbook is finally out!

The 12 piece collection offers traditional wedding dress shapes – there are no big, puffy skirts or LED lights in sight so we’re guessing Williamson didn’t get inspired by My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding…

WWD reports that “a parachute gown, a poppy georgette embellished shift dress and a tulle cocktail dress with hand-sewn ivory-colored feathers are a few of his personal favorites.”

The collection also features fine embroidery, luxurious fabrics, and ostrich feathers as well as jewel-encrusted mink and rabbit fur shrugs. We’re not so sure about the fur Matthew, otherwise your designs are stunning!
