Kate Middleton commissions three wedding dresses ahead of wedding

With the royal wedding only two weeks away it appears that people are now just drawing names out of a hat when it comes to who will be designing The Dress. The newest name to be thrown into the mix is couturier Jasper Conran. We’re still hoping for Sarah Burton though…

Bride-to-be Kate Middleton has allegedly ordered three wedding dresses ahead of her 29th April wedding to Prince William, Daily Mail writes, as sources say that Kate has commissioned three dresses from three different designers.

We totally understand that the brunette beauty might want to have a spare in case the original design leaks out, but two more. What will Kate do with them afterwards if everything goes according to plan and she can walk down the aisle of Westminster Abbey in her first choice? Perhaps she’ll donate them to charity, or just send them around the world in an exhibition of the dresses that never were…

All we can say is well played Kate, well played. You’re definitely keeping us guessing.
