Prince William will not be wearing a wedding ring

By Elisabeth Edvardsen on April 1st, 2011 2 comments

Yes you read correctly. After the Prince marries the lady in his life, Kate Middleton, later this month, 29th April, he will not be wearing a wedding ring. This is highly untraditional thing to do in a so far very traditional wedding.

According to a spokeswoman “there is only going to be one ring, in accordance with the couple’s wishes.” Hmm… We’re not sure. We thought you were a modern man William, so why won’t you wear a ring?

Kate on the other hand will be presented with a wedding band made from Welsh gold, which has been kept in the royal vaults since originally presented to Queen Elizabeth.

I wouldn’t be willing to marry my fiance if he wasn’t willing to wear a wedding ring.
