It’s no secret that many Americans at times have an unhealthy obsession with European royalty. So it comes as no surprise that, as the world gets ready to watch Prince William and Kate Middleton exchange vows on Friday 29th April 2011, NCB’s TODAY.com has launched an iPad app that covers all details of the event.
Everything from the dress and the jewels, to a look at the entire royal family, the free app provides a detailed look of the wedding of the year. It is available to download now at iTunes.com.
NBC News and its fellow NBCUniversal networks have also release their broadcasting schedule, and it looks set to be the ultimate in cross-platform coverage. The comprehensive broadcast will feature over 20 hours of coverage on the day of the wedding, with reports from more than a dozen network anchors and correspondents. They have even secured the Twitter name @royalwedding – why haven’t anyone else claimed this before?!
Happy viewing Stateside readers!
