Former wild child Kelly Osbourne is said to be engaged to her beau Matthew Mosshart.

The former reality star and daughter of rocker Ozzy has been dating vegan chef Matthew for over one year, and it appears they have got engaged a few weeks before Christmas.

A friend told Us Weekly: “[They're] really excited. Kelly is the happiest she’s ever been. Her career is going well, and she’s in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.”

The two met at Kate Moss’ wedding in July 2011 and have since been going strong.
