I love the idea of fun, yet stylish accessories for your flower girls. While this brooch from Topshop is too kiddie for most members of the bridal party, it’s a great way to give some pep to a junior bridesmaids outfit.

This, for me, comes under the heading of just because you *can* make something, doesn’t mean you should. A button bouquet? Why? But, in that case, why am I featuring it? Well because I thought it could possibly be a cute and different bouquet for flower girls.

Being currently “big with child” myself, I find that I’m more interested in maternity options for wedding and bridesmaids’ dresses (despite the fact that I’m neither getting married – again – or being a bridesmaid). What can I say? When you’re pregnant, your mind does funny things… Anyway, I quite like this knee-length, boat neck dress, which is recommended for women who are more than 7 months pregnant and is apparently “very generously cut”.
